Preheat oven at 1600C for 10 minutes.Heat the idli steamer and grease the idli plates with oil.
Steam the idlis for 15-18 minutes on medium flame, then let cool and scoop out. Sprinkle some walnuts on top and bake for 25-30 minutes in 1800C.
