FIFA 23 Hero Pack which was released incorrectly

FIFA 23 Hero Pack mistake causes EA erase millions of coins off the market for virtual transfers An error in the release of the FIFA 23 Hero Pack which was released incorrectly by EA has seen players lose hundreds of millions coins worth of currency in-game removed out of FIFA 23 Ultimate Team FIFA 23 coins.

The pack, which was available from 6 PM BST the night before, provided players the chance to trade a FUT Hero item in FIFA 23 Some of which could be worth millions of coins for the equivalent of 25,000 coins.

Although EA made amends around 25 minutes after the launch of the pack, it did not prevent millions of coins in value from being wiped off FIFA Ultimate Team in the event that players had to sell their FUT Hero items in a out of panic due to the large influx of supplies.

FUT Hero items are very scarce players that can be found in certain packs in Ultimate Team. The FUT Heroes cards are given to players who have contributed significantly to a club or have become popular, such as the former Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-Sung.

Due to the item’s rare nature, they can be priced extremely high on FIFA 23 Ultimate’s marketplace for transfers, including some items such as Yaya Toure being sold on the market for 1.9 million coins and a reputable third-party marketplace for selling coins estimates at under PS400.

However, EA did not realize this was a problem and released it, flooding the market with an overwhelming amount of these items and all prices drop rapidly while some people lost more than the equivalent of 1 million coins in value, or around PS200 in the event of purchasing from a third party.

EA has yet to comment on the mistake buy FUT 23 coins. The damage to the market is permanent. Most, if not all players are now worthless, and even though the market has slightly recovered following the removal of the pack , and the subsequent lack of supply in FUT Hero items, the loss of coins is permanent.
